The heathers
Heathers are beautiful plants that bloom at the turn of summer and fall. Due to its beautiful colors, it is perfect for creating autumn decorations. In the shops we can choose from many colorful cultivars. They differ in the color of the flowers and the color of the whole plant. We can find heather plants yellow-green, green and colored in brown and gray shades. Their flowers have beautiful colors in many shades of pink, purple to white and yellow. From the heather bush, we cut several twigs needed to make a candlestick in a length corresponding to the size of the glass.
Grasses
Grass decorations are popular and very fashionable. We cut the decorative grasses for candlestick making in the garden or in the meadow on a walk in nature. Adjust the length of the ears according to the height of the container used. We cut the spikes of grass so that they do not exceed the edge of the glass we have chosen. We will prepare enough of them to cover the entire perimeter of the glass together with the heathers.
Arrangement
Put two rubber bands on the glass. Along its entire circumference, we gradually insert heathers and spikes of grass behind them. Finally, we tightly wrap the string around them several times and tie a bow. We cut the rubber bands, insert the candle and we're done.
